Shipping policy

- Order cutoff time: 2:00 pm GMT
- Order processing: 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
- Transit time: 4-8 business days (Monday - Friday)
- Free delivery on all orders within the UK
Shipping procedure
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your items. This is also confirmation that our team has started working on your order and will dispatch it within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). If you place your order before 2:00 pm GMT, we will start working on it the same day. Once dispatched, your order will arrive within a further 4-8 business days (Monday - Friday), you will also receive another email with tracking information. We currently offer free delivery on all orders within the UK.
Delays
In a worst case scenario, your order should arrive within 10 business days (Monday - Friday) (2 business days handling and 8 business days transit). However occasional delays do occur, so if you don't receive it by then, please wait an additional 3 business days (Monday - Friday).
If your order has still not arrived by then, please contact us at info@alora-mode.uk quoting your order number and we will help you quickly find out what is going on.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@alora-mode.uk. Please do this as soon as possible as we won't be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.
Damaged or wrong items
It is possible that part of your order may arrive damaged or the item is different to what you ordered. We are very sorry if this happens to you. Please take pictures of the problem and contact us immediately at info@alora-mode.uk with a brief explanation of what has happened. We will do our best to rectify the situation and send you the correct new items.
