Return procedure

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To start the process, first email us at info@alora-mode.uk. We will guide you through the entire return process. Please ensure that the items you wish to return are in like-new condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Once the items are ready, send them to us using a reliable courier. Bear in mind that you are responsible to cover the return shipping costs.

Refund

Once we have approved the return, you will receive a full refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. We do not charge restocking fees. If you don't receive your money within 14 days, please contact us at info@alora-mode.uk and we will find out what the problem is.

Exchanges

Have you changed your mind and decided that you want a different item? Sure, no problem, we offer exchanges. Just email us at info@alora-mode.uk and tell us what you want to exchange and why. We will help you get what you really want.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@alora-mode.uk. Please do this as soon as possible as we won't be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.

Damaged or wrong items

It is possible that part of your order may arrive damaged or the item is different to what you ordered. We are very sorry if this happens to you. Please take pictures of the problem and contact us immediately at info@alora-mode.uk with a brief explanation of what has happened. We will do our best to rectify the situation and send you the correct new items.
